Event Espresso Paypal payment processing incomplete

We have a website that is not updating properly. Paypal payments are processing thru but event espresso never updates, it just says incomplete. We were running Wordfence software. We started by adding the Paypal IPs to the whitelist. Then moved on to disabling the Wordfence firewall. Then moved on to disabling Wordfence entirely. The process still fails. We thought Wordfence may have been getting in the way but that certainly isn’t the case now with it turned off completely.

Further to the above, you can contact your web host and ask them to verify that your server meets PayPal’s new security requirements:
