Event Espresso not saving new categories

Hi there. I am trying to add new categories for some new registration dates on our site but every time I try to add a new category it says that the category was not saved.

I am using WordPress version 3.9.1 (PortfolioZen Theme) and Event Espresso version 3.1.15.P

All of my plugins are updated. Even when I try to rename the existing categories it says that my updates are not saving.

HELP!

From looking at the EE3 changelog, it looks like that was likely fixed in 3.1.18, both of which are really old versions (probably over three years old). We’ve not had reports of that problem for a really long time.

You should consider getting an updated support license so you can access the newer versions, or look at Event Espresso Lite/Free on WordPress.org (which is also a newer version than what you have just with fewer features):
