We have recently upgraded the PHP version to 5.6 for our WordPress website and we have also moved our website hosting from a local host to Siteground. Ever since, Event Espresso seems to have stopped displaying properly on our website and some of the text seems to have defaulted back to a previous version https://predictive-advantage.com/workshops/ We are also receiving the following messages when we log into the WordPress admin panel for our website: “our support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.” We are only using the license for http://www.predictive-advantage.com. We are also being told that ‘Our Event Espresso support license expires within 30 days. We will attempt automatically renew your support license with a 30% loyal customer discount. If your billing information has changed within the past 12 months, please login’. As far as I know, we have renewed our EE3 Personal License in June. Is this something else? Thanks for your help (sabine.robinson@predictive-advantage.com)

Hi,

I checked your site and this appear to be an issue that would be caused by a PHP upgrade. Partly what’s going on is some errant CSS that’s setting everything to have a line-height of zero. That’s why you see all the text jumbled into very little space.

If you can remove/deactivate the CSS settings that include the rules shown in this screenshot:
https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FM6V2GZU7-ae4b354f4f
everything will go back to displaying well again.

Then, regarding this page:
https://predictive-advantage.com/workshops/

It doesn’t look like you have an Event Espresso shortcode on that page. I can see there’s an Event Espresso shortcode on this page though:
https://predictive-advantage.com/event-registration/

May I ask, can you check the /workshops/ page and make sure there’s an Event Espresso 3 shortcode like [EVENT_LIST] ?

With regards to “license key on multiple domains”, I’ve reset your key so you can dismiss that message. You can also dismiss the message about renewing because your account was renewed in June.
