If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages, can you see the duplicate emails for this registrant?
Or, find the registration in Event Espresso -> Registrations and click the megaphone icon in the actions column. That will list messages triggered within EE itself. Does it show duplicate emails?
This is paid ticket and we are using the PayPal Pro payment method.
