We have had multiple exchanges about this problem but it never gets fixed. Please view our online shopping site to see how EE keeps creating products everytime we have a registration for a product. https://wm118.infusionsoft.com/app/storeFront/showStoreFront

We’ll need wp-admin login credentials and ftp login credentials to run some tests. I know we’ve fixed at least three previous instances where IS has failed to document the required formatting for strings sent to their API, leading to mismatches between what we send them and what they return from their API. It would not surprise me to find another special character that IS escapes when storing into their system (reasonable) and fails to un-escape when returning the string from an API query.

Hi Gail,
Can you actually resend them through that link that Josh posted? I tried the credentials that you posted, and I couldn’t get into the wp-admin.
