Hello
Is there a plugin available to integrate our MeetUp.com events into Event Espresso Events? Is this plugin available from Event Espresso or some other 3rd party?

Hi Don,
I’m not aware of a plugin that integrates Meetup.com events into Event Espresso.
One thing you can do, without any additional plugins, is individually link your Meetup.com events from Event Espresso.
So for example, you go in to Event Espresso > Events and click Add new. There you can add information about the event that’s on Meetup.com, then to link that event you input the meetup.com event’s URL into the Alternative Registration Page field.
This way, the event will be included in the calendar and everywhere else the event is displayed, and when the user clicks on the link displayed on your site the link will take them to the event hosted on meetup.com.

Thanks for the response.
Your idea works IF I wanted my users to register on the MeetUp page.
That is not our goal.
We want to capture the information about the MeetUp on the Event Espresso event page, but use the Event Espresso registration system – not the MeetUp Registration system.
There is a plugin called: Import Meetup Events Pro https://xylusthemes.com/plugins/import-meetup-events/ which will automatically bring one or all MeetUps and display them on a WordPress Page.
Question – can this plugin be integrated into Event Espresso?

Hi Don,
I checked and I don’t see Event Espresso listed on their “Import Events into” list. You could check with the developer of “Import Meetup Events” plugin to see if they can add to the plugin so it also includes Event Espresso.
