Hi, I’ve got two questions:
1) I’m setting up a Music Festival with Event Espresso and I’ll have 4 different events everyday at the same time, using the same reception. With Event Espresso HD for mobile I’m only able to scan a QR code after selecting an event, so if I’m scanning codes I’ll have to be changing from one event to other everytime. Then… is it possible to scan codes and just accept or decline tickets regardless the event they belong?
2) At least your Android App doesn’t list events which its name begins with a number.

Hi Jordi,
I’m afraid the mobile apps were built for a different use case where tickets are scanned for each event. The idea is to prevent someone from gaining access to a different event than the one they bought a ticket for. You might consider making the ticket sales an access pass for all of the events within the festival to simplify the check in.
I’ll be sure to notify the android app developer about the events that have a name that begins with a numeric value. In the meantime you can change the event name to start with a letter from the alphabet instead.
