So when you first get to the thank you page, you see this error:
The following errors have occurred:
No transaction information could be retrieved because the registration URL link is missing or invalid.
EES_Espresso_Thank_You – _get_reg_url_link – 198
Now even the customers who have successfully paid are getting this error.
Am in the latest version of EE4 and WordPress. We are using Stripe as the processor and it appears to still be working.
May be related but confirmation emails have also stopped sending out sporatically in the last 48 hours. I tried creating a new thank you page. I’ve tried securing the post (https). All caching on the server is turned off.
Hi Nicole, in your earlier message you mentioned that caching is turned off and you are having sporadic issues with emails be received. Who is your new hosting provider?
