Hi, i’m running php 8 and my website won’t work on the front or back end because Event Espresso failed to load properly. it appears i need to upload the plugin again, but i’m not sure which file to download and upload. i downloaded one file that said ‘decaf’ in the name but i don’t see a folder like that in my FTP account.

Hi there,
Are you using FTP to update plugins manually?
If so I highly recommend you switch to doing so through the dashboard.
First, download the latest version from your account page:
https://eventespresso.com/users/markolson68/
In your download section click on the ‘Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.10.41.p’ link to download the .zip file.
Then on the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload Plugin
Select the .zip file you just download and upload.
WordPress should detect the previous version and ask if you want to replace it, click to do so.
After doing the above, do you get the same error?
