When we click “Export All Attendees” we are taken to a page with the following error message: can’t reach this page It looks like the webpage at https://www.heart2heartcpr.com/wp-admin/admin.php?event_espresso&export=report&action=payment&type=excel&all_events=true might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Does anyone know why this is happening? |
Hi there, Does that happen as soon as you click the link or does it take a while before it displays? |

It takes awhile… |
It sounds like your server can’t process amount of data bein requested (the ‘Export All Attendee Data’ function can pull in a LOT of data). If you export just a single events attendee info does it work then? Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> {Hover over event} -> Attendees. That lists the attendee for the event you hovered over. Roughly, how many attendees are listed? Click the Export to Excel button on that list, does that work? |

I can export individual courses. I thought it might be that there is too much to download with export all so I deleted the last 4-5 years’ worth of data leaving only the current events but it is still not working. |

Original Issue: First: When we click “Export All Attendees” we are taken to a page with the following error message: can’t reach this page It looks like the webpage at https://www.heart2heartcpr.com/wp-admin/admin.php?event_espresso&export=report&action=payment&type=excel&all_events=true might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. LAST RESPONSE: Last: I can export individual courses. I thought it might be that there is too much to download with export all so I deleted the last 4-5 years’ worth of data leaving only the current events but it is still not working. |
Hi Nick, My apologies for missing your previous reply, I’ve reopened the original thread (the forum automatically closes them if there is no new activity) and merged the threads together. So, with the individual events working (it’s a similar query) it does sound like the query to pull in all of the events is taking too long and the server is simply closing the request. Do you mind if I log in and attempt an export? I’d like to view the request/response headers and see if anything stands out. If that’s ok you can send temp login details using this form: |
