Event Espresso Exceeding Plugin Upload Size

Hey all,

I’ve just purchased EventEspresso, but getting the following error when trying to uploaded the zip file I downloaded as a plugin.

“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

Is there a smaller size file i’m supposed to be uploading?
Do I have to upload via FTP instead?

Hi Jay,

Yes you can certainly upload it via FTP, though I would look into increasing the file size as you will likely run into this issue again.
