at the website dashboard top line, shows” Event Espresso Automated Upcoming Event Notifications add-on could not be activated. Please ensure that Event Espresso version 4.9.81.p or higher is running”, we can’t even see Evert Espresso at the top menu. The 2nd line shows “Your site is running on an outdated version of PHP (7.3.33), which does not receive security updates. It should be updated.”

Hi there,
The minimum required PHP version for Event Espresso 5+ is PHP7.4.0
Your site is currently running PHP 7.3.33 which has been end of life (eol) since 6 Dec 2021. We recommend contacting your host have them update the version of PHP in use on the server to either PHP7.4.XX or PHP8.0.XX for Event Espresso to run.

Hello, updated to the newest version, so the existing event listings were able to book by customers now, yet shows “sold out” randomly. The most urgent is we can not add new listing or edit existing listing now, please advise

When click any Event “Edit”, or trying to add a new event, the web page shows below, but we checked every emailn nothing show :
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

Ok, so that error is a ‘pretty’/front-facing error but doesn’t give any details.
In the email you receive about the error does it list any additional details?
