During the registration process, Event Espresso detects if a user is already registered. When it does this, it displays a message and buttons for the user to log in.
Well, when trying to access through the Event Espresso form, Event Espresso does not recognize the password.
What could be the problem?

Hi there, I just tested this on my own site and it worked fine. So, there might be something different about your site.

Also, as far as I know, the login form is not something unique to Event Espresso, that is a WordPress function. Does someone have the same trouble while trying to log into your site at /wp-login.php?

Hi. Thank you for your reply.
The login error does not occur when accessing through the native WordPress url. But when using an Event Espresso popup form.
Events are configured so that users can register for an event, without being forced to login first.
In the following url you can see the sequence of the process of buying a ticket: Image sequence

Hello again.
Researching on my site, I remembered that Event Espresso is not compatible with the Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha plugin. And, once upon a time, an EE contributor wrote a script to skip the validation of this plugin, called EE Skip reCAPTCHA verify for EE Login. For some reason, this script does not fix the problem with the popup form.
So I decided to both plugins and the problem is solved.
Does anyone know of an alternative to the Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha plugin, which works well with Event Espresso?

Hi there,

I think you are referring to my script from here:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/the-event-espresso-login-form-does-not-recognize-registered-users/#post-316706

For that to work on the modal login it will need some additional code.

I’ve updated the snippet which should allow those login requests to work:

If not please do let me know.

I’m not aware of any that will work with EE’s login forms.
