I have done the following:
– Reset Permalinks
– Deactivated and Reactivated EE, then reset Permalinks
– Resaved the page
– Deleted the page and created it again with shortcode
– Deleted any plugins that seemed like they could be an issue, then recreated the page and saved and reset permalink.
If I change the permalink to plain, then the calendar displays with the current page. Obviously, the plain links are less than optimal, so I would like to get this to work with the post name or a custom url.
Any help would be appreciated.
PS: I have the following active plugins in addition to the EE ones:
Advanced Custom Fields
Comments Disable – AccessPress
Contact Form 7
Facebook by WebLizar
Image Rotator Widget
Jetpack
Simple Google Maps
Social Media and Share Icons
Social Media Auto Publish
Taqyeem
Updraft Plus – Backup/Restore
WP Editor Widget
It looks for an event with the slug ‘event-calendar’, there isn’t one so it returns 404.
To prevent that you can set the calendar page to no longer be a child of ‘events’.
