Event espresso bug on saving new data to mysql auto-increment fields

The plugin thinks that 0 is an acceptable value for an auto-increment field which it shouldn’t be. If you run mysql with sql-mode NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO it breaks this plugin.

Sending nulls for auto-increment fields on insert fixes this and is the expected behaviour sql wise.
