Hi guys, Event Espresso has been working fine until your recent update. Now when I try to access the Beaver Builder front end builder options (which is what I primarily use to modify my site), it not even render Beaver Builder. I understand that Beaver Builder is a separate company, but it was your update that broke that functionality, and when I deactivate Event Espresso my builder comes back. Is there any way you guys can help me with this? This is fairly urgent, as my client was expecting that this would continue to work (and so was I). Thanks!

Hi there,

Just to confirm, are you using the latest version number of Event Espresso? Currently, that’s 4.9.46.p

Do you have access to the servers errors logs? If so take a look within there and see what error is being thrown from the above.

Also, I just tested EE with the version of Beaver Builder I have and didn’t run into any problems, which version number are you running?

Hey Tony

Using Event Espresso 4.9.46.p
I’ll paste the logs below

Thanks for getting back to me.
I took a little closer look at it with Beaver Builder Support and they sent me this screenshot with the message:
“They seem to be adding html into all ajax responses as seen in this screenshot.”

The logs don’t show anything specific for event espresso. Apologies if I’m not able to understand the WPEngine logs as well. Thank you for your guidance!!

Ok so that’s not happening on my test sites, what version of Beaver Builder are you using?

Is that happening on all pages you try to edit or just specific ones?

Are you using any add-ons for Beaver builder? If so try de0activting those and retesting.

For example, if you only have the Event Espresso and Beaver Builder plugins active on the site do you get the same problem?
