Hello,

I updated EE4 core and all plugins and then installed and activated the Event Espresso – Attendee Mover plugin. However, the events didn’t load in the “Select New Event” Dropdown menu – I just got a message “The results could not be loaded”.

I then went through a painstaking process of deactivating and activating plugins, only to find that if any of the following plugins were activated, I got this error message (if all of them are deactivated it works):

Health Check & Troubleshooting
Members
Multiple Columns for Gravity Forms
Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags
P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler)
Popup Maker
Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin
Regenerate Thumbnails
Really Simple SSL
Reveal IDs
Slider Revolution
Testimonials Showcase

Below is an example of the error message from the console.

It would be good to know what I can do to fix this.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

At a guess, I’d say your site is running out of memory.

If you check your servers error logs can you see any errors there?

For example if you load the above link and note the time, then check the error logs and check for that time, it should show you what error is being thrown.

Or you can enable WP_DEBUG, using the code here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

Then open the above link and check in /wp-content/debug.log to see what the error is.

You need to know the actually backend error that is being thrown, what you see now if the front facing error for users.

P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler)

Side note, don’t leave P3 enabled all the time on your site, its a resource hog and 90% of the time you don’t need it activated.

Activate it to troubleshoot and then disable it. (Personally I don’t recommend using it but that’s up to you 🙂 )
