Hello, I am trying to use the events espresso app for an event but it won’t sign-in, despite the fact we have the full EE4 bundle and ticketing add-on.
Our domain is http://thinkdigital.travel
The error says:
“Error Occurred”
The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server.
Can you let me know what I’m doing wrong? We have an event next week and would really like to use this for that.

Hi Nick,
The error you saw could be because of a security plugin. There’s more information in the troubleshooting guide:

One other thing to know is when you input the URL to your site, you’ll only input the domain. In other words, you should avoid inputting http, https, www and only input thinkdigital.travel
