in the event espresso app I can not see the difference between different events.
I have event with the same name same date and samen time
but different venue.
I would like to see the event ID or venue in the app
is this possible?

Hi there,
I’m afraid the app is not user-customizable. The app’s event view does include the venue’s street address so if one venue has a different street address than another venue then you can compare the street addresses. Another option would be to append the venue name to the event’s name to help make it clear which event is which.

the venue has always the same steet address but a different venue name(classroom)
I don’t want the classroom in the event name cause the classroom can change.
or some times the classroom is known some days before the event start.
We announce the classroom via the Automated Upcoming Event Notification
1 year ago I had the samen question for the Barcode Scanning / attendee mover. There I have stil the samen problem.
Would be nice if you add the event ID.
This will solve to problem to make it more usable for us.

While I cannot add the Event ID to the app, you might consider appending the classroom to the venue address to make it more clear where your venue is located, and that will display within the app.

In that case google maps won’t recognice the address anymore

You can set the Address 2 field to store the lokaal number only and the Google map Geocoder will work as expected. Example here.
