I’m testing the Event Espresso App and I created a demo event and registered for it. I tried to scan the barcode to check-in but it said “Registration is denied”. The registration in question is “approved” and I am able to check it in manually. The device used to attempt the check in is an iOS device using the eventespresso 4 app. The scanner button was selected both on main screen of app and after filtering by selecting event, with same result. The date of the event is in the future, however, I adjusted it to today’s date and that did not make a difference.

I most certainly have.
I was unable to get the app working due to restrictions from WPEngine, who have since adjusted their platform to accommodate. Prior to doing so I utilized all available troubleshooting methods which include the permalink refresh and adjusted .htaccess

May I ask how many different date times are set in the event for the ticket you scanned?

Hi there,

Can you try setting the app to scan in Continuous scanning mode?
