I have added about 8 different tickets for an event and am trying to set the order of my tickets. All of the tickets are ordered as I would like except for one of them. Every time I put in the order that I want, it changes back after I save it. I have tried deleting a couple of the tickets that were having sorting problems and added them as new tickets, same thing. Doesn’t look like the support forum allows for screenshots, if I can email them to you, I can get you a couple screenshots that may explain this better. It is on a local development site, so I’m not currently able to provide you with a login either.
Yes latest version, however, it is working on the front end as far as the order I want goes, but on the backend it isn’t listing them in the same order that the front end does.
I haven’t been able to duplicate this issue on our testing sites. After making a change and saving, the front-end matches the order in the event editor.
Do you see the same thing with only Event Espresso 4 running?
