Hi there Support Team,
I have an Issue concerning the Calculation of the Spaces Left Column in the Event Access Area (Ticket Details)
The Facts:
I have created an Event, in this Case a Photoworkshop which has two kinds of Tickets:
One Ticket Covers the Journey itself the second Ticket is a Ticket for the Use of a Single Room Supplement.
For Both Tickets I have 12 Spaces now If Attendee #1 Books 1 Ticket each and the It looks like this in the Event Access Area:
This Ticket sold 1
This Ticket Left 11 This is correct !
Total Tickets Sold 2 is Also Correct !
But
Total Spaces Left 10 is somewhat misleading because I have still 11 Spaces to go
What do I miss here ?
Please can you provide me some Information about this ?

Hi Serdar,
How are you today?
If each ticket is assigned to the same datetime then EE4 will see them as two tickets. If you want to allow people to purchase both the class and additional room then I’d recommend that you create a third ticket that is ONE ticket for both the class and room. That way people only have to purchase one ticket and it takes up one space.
Does that make sense?
