Hi Marcio,

4.7.9 is no longer supported. We are now on the 4.8.x platform:

We’ll also need more information to share feedback.

1) Was this information collected via an event that required the personal information group for additional registrants? You can check by looking for the personal question group in the event editor

2) What message type is your screenshot from? Is this the registration approved message type that goes to the event admin or the registrant?
