Hi Donald, we had one other report last week where the slider / toggle appeared to not be working as expected and this was due to the member traveling across different time zones in Europe.
Could you let us know your version of Event Espresso 4 that is in use?
Hi Donald, a team member has already created a ticket for this issue so we are looking into it.
We’ll update this support post once we have more information.
Note that you can adjust the times manually by scrolling down so the datetime picker appears below the field. That will allow you to edit the datetime by typing in an updated time.
Hello Lorenzo I have post the screenshot of the issue look at the time slider its not on that position where it should be actually present. I have also updated the plguin but still there is same issue.
The ticket looking into this has high priority and is in the testing phase so a fix has not yet been released.
The issue you showed in your screenshot is the issue we are looking to fix. Typing the date/time in the field itself will set the date/time correctly, regardless of what the slider shows.
