Most of what you are looking to do can be done, although some details cannot be shown in the way you have them in your example.
There’s a lot of details in that event that I wouldn’t know where to pull from within EE by default, so we’ll need some more details on what changes per event on that email and where those details are to be stored.
The ‘When’ section is basically a DateTime list, is the text below the date saved somewhere within the event itself?
The ‘Where’ section can pull the data from the venue set on the event.
Host section, would that be the event author? Or saved to the event in some other way?
Are hotels and airports to be the same for your events or again are they saved to the event somewhere?
