I go to edit event page. Drop cursor in descriptive body box, click Add Media button to insert a picture, and nothing happens. The button looks like it clicks, but nothing happens. Using Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

EE Version 4.9.38.p
Had upgraded from EE 4 Decaf Version 4.9.38.decaf (it is deactivated, should I delete this now?)
An aside question not related to present issue — What if next year, my clients do not want to renew the EE license and want to go back to decaf free version, is that doable?

Does nothing happen if all other plugins are temporarily deactivated and the site is temporarily switched to the default WordPress theme?
What if next year, my clients do not want to renew the EE license and want to go back to decaf free version, is that doable?
Yes the basic function will be there however they’ll have limited access to what they can access/edit because the decaf version doesn’t have the advanced event editor, custom registration forms, and custom messages features.
