Hi there,
I created an event about a month ago and while looking at my website today, realized the event is completely gone.
I have searched all filters, retrieved all past classes, deleted, inactive – everything! There is no trace of this 1 event.
I have never had issues before like this, and if I was missing an event I usually found there was some mistake when creating it — but this event was perfect, was listed on our website calendar for weeks and then it disappeared.
Please advise.

Hello,
Are you able to see the event on the front-end such as on the event pages?
If an event has been deleted, then it gets a deleted status which is equivalent to the trash. There is still the option to recover the event by making it active again. However, if it was deleted again, then it was removed completely.

The event is no longer on the front-end.
The event was not deleted (to my knowledge) but even if it was, it would show up as “deleted” which it is not.
I am not so worried about recovering the event, but I am concerned why an event would just disappear without a trace.

We don’t have any code that would automatically remove and event from EE3 core and have not had any other reports of this so I’m not sure what happened to the event.
The event was not deleted (to my knowledge) but even if it was, it would show up as “deleted” which it is not.
When you initially delete an event it has the status set to deleted, it can then be perm deleted which completely drops the event from the database so it could have been perm deleted.
Is this event just a single event or part of a series created with REM?
