Is there a way that any user who purchases a ticket, that they can automatically be registered as a WP user in the backend of the website? I have looked but cannot see a straightforward approach.

Hi there Robert, a team member shared some sample coding that could be used and it can be added to a site specific plugin or your child theme’s functions.php file:

Here is how it works:
After a registrant/attendee registers for an event, then they’ll receive a login. That login could be used to register faster for future events.
