We’ll try to offer some suggestions. As a background, Event Espresso tries to be theme neutral so that we don’t get in the way of the thousands of different themes people use.
1) All WordPress websites use a type of theme. The theme or page builder actually dictates how a page is displayed. So even though you might be using a page builder, the page builder is constructing the theme.
2) What part of the event details page is not responsive using what technology? I’m looking at your event details page with the ticket options and I can clearly see all the ticket options and the date and time with the register button. See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/VP4pYFkOf
3) If necessary, you should be able to add some CSS adjustments to the page elements of your page builder or theme to address specific layout or responsive issues.
4) If you’re ever in question of what your page builder or theme is doing, you can disable your page builder and compare it to the default WordPress theme(s).
If you can send us a screenshot, a link to a specific page, and which device and browser you’re using we can try to give you a recommendation for your specific theme. But all themes will display things a little differently.
