The e-mails, tickets and registration summary e-mails for the client and the event holder do not show the date and time of the event. How do I add this?
Thank you for your response…I tried it but it does not work…the spaces where the e-mail tags are come up as blank spaces. “This event start at on .” shown below I used [start_date]

Yes the Event Dates and Times and required in order for the Event Espresso to display the dates correctly.
There are circumstances in which they are not (‘Ongoing’ events for example) although generally all fields under the ‘Event Date/Times’ section are required for Event Espresso to function correctly.
