Event Description not displaying correctly

On our events list page:

We have changed the template “display description” settings from none, to excerpt, to full description, but nothing changes…

We’d like to view all information, because the current display mode doesn’t even show the dates…

Hope can we fix this?

Hi there,

I checked your site and it’s kind of strange that some events display the dates and some do not. Does this issue get fixed if you click on “Customize” then preview a different WP theme?
