The start/end ‘Event Datetimes’ will not save as selected.

For example,
1. I set the start time as 1pm and end time as 2pm;
2. I save a draft or update published event;
3. When the event refreshes, the start time is set as 8am and end time as 9am.

I have tried
1. using the default event datetimes
2. creating a new event datetime
3. duplicating an old event
4. creating a new event

– WordPress Version: 4.5.9
– PHP Version: 5.6.34-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
– MySQL Version: 5.6.32
– Event Espresso Version: 4.9.58.p
