Hello: I am having issues with setting limits for Event Datetimes and Available Tickets under one Event I’ve created. They are not reflecting properly in the Access table under Details for the displayed event. Also, the “Remaining” tickets count is a complete mystery with overall Remaining and Total Spaces Left counts diminishing with an uncomplete registration.
Too much to explain here so I created a page with screen shots:
On only 4 tickets appearing, that may be from the minimum and maximum options. If you click on the gear icon next to the ticket option, then is 4 set for the minimum or maximum?
If so, try removing that and saving.
Next, your current setup from the screenshots shows that there is a total of 6 spots and each spot grants access to each datetime. So if someone picked up a ticket, then they would have access to all of the datetimes that are connected to that ticket.
I think you are wanting a ticket to be assigned to a specific datetime.
If that is correct, then you’ll want to create a pricing option and then assign it to the appropriate date time. Please see this video:
