when I edit a event the date time is change 1 day later

the solution was the PHP version setting

That would be strange.

Which version were you on and which version did you switch to?

Have you confirmed that your site is using a location rather than an offset in the timezone setting? Using an offset will cause you problems with dates in one way or another.

I was using 5.6.33

switcht back to 5.5.9 and solved the problem

no I am testing 7.0.27 -> seems to work

May I ask is the WP > Settings > Timezone set to a UTC offset or is it set to a City in your timezone?
