The check-in list for one of our events does not show all the approved registrations. After we select the event, on the far left, above the Bulk Action dropdown we see the count as “All(83)”. On the right by the pagination we see the count as “38 items” and this is what is showing on the report. When we view the main Check-in list before we toggle to the specific event in question, we do see all the correct number of registrations. Maybe there is a specific type of registration ticket type that is not showing, but I don’t see any way to filter this. Any help would be appreciated. |
September 24, 2015 at 11:39 am Hello, By default all registrations are not shown there. However, approved registrations should definitely appear. We can check into this for you. What version of Event Espresso 4 are you using? — |

September 24, 2015 at 12:05 pm Lorenzo, We are using EE 4.8.10.p. |
Okay, I think I understand what is going on. Are you referring to the count shown here: http://cl.ly/image/000u0e1w0l3W Does this event have multiple datetimes? — |
Yes, it does have multiple ticket types for different dates/times but those options don’t appear on the dropdown on the Check-In screen. |
Hello, you should see all of the datetimes like this: http://cl.ly/image/2o3P0S1p2V1i Could you share a screenshot of the datetimes and ticket editor in the event editor? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots Thanks — |

Hi there, I’m a bit confused about this. When you mentioned this:
So all (83) should be the total when you add up approved, pending payment, and any other registration status. Do you have 38 approved registrations for this event? How many registrations display when the filter is set for Approved? |
Hi Josh, If you go Event Espresso > Events > and click on the ‘registrants icon’ for the same event, and then filter by ‘approved’ status, you get this: http://screencast.com/t/VmSz08vgRpc The issue is that the Check-in screen doesn’t reflect the same info. This event started today, so we have gone to plan B and exported to Excel, but we would still like to understand what is happening. I am happy to provide you with a login via email. Thanks as always for your help. 🙂 |
Have you tried toggling the datetime selector as outlined in this screenshot? |
There is only that one selection in the datetime dropdown. |
Hi there, It looks like the registrations on the archived tickets are not being displayed within the check-in tab. I have confirmed this on a test site and issued a ticket for our developers to investigate. |
This is fixed in Event Espresso 4.8.13.p, which was released today. |

Thanks Josh! We will check it out! |
Hi, Just checking in to confirm if this fixed your check-in view issue? |
