If a user adds an item to a cart and the browser is closed, when they try to register again, they only get a “View Event Cart” button, which when clicked, does nothing. They get stuck here. |
Hello, on first look, it appears that some kind of redirection is occurring as I see the URL change slightly and then it switches back a couple seconds later. Are you using a plugin that has a redirect feature? If so, could you briefly deactivate it and re-test? — |

I tried it and don’t it redirect anywhere. I currently only have the very basic plugins activated, nothing that would randomly redirect your event cart URL. |
September 18, 2015 at 10:19 am Alright, I saw that your event calendar page is redirected so I thought that may be happening here. This is your cart page link: http://rivercityfitness.ca/espresso_checkout/espressocheckout/?event_cart=view#checkout There are duplicate pages in the URL which isn’t necessary. Go to Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Critical Pages. There will be an edit button for each of them. If any are nested like the one above, then move them to their own page so they are no longer a child page. For reference, these are the default URLs: example.com/registration-checkout/ example.com/thank-you/ example.com/transactions/ example.com/registration-cancelled/ — |

September 18, 2015 at 10:50 am I put all the critical pages under Main Pages, not nesting, re-tested and it still doesn’t work. |

September 18, 2015 at 10:55 am I tested a registration and I am now getting a 404 page when I click Return to River City Fitness from the Paypal page. |
September 18, 2015 at 12:55 pm Hi, There is some kind of conflict occurring. Please try temporarily deactivating all plugins and then reactivating only Event Espresso & its add-ons. Then go to WP-admin –> Permalinks. Then try testing again. If it works, then reactivate a few plugins at a time and then retest. — |

I deactivated every plug except ….. and clicking on “View Event Cart” when I already have this event in the cart doesn’t change the page… it is stuck on the event page. |
Hi there, I just tried to run a test registration on your events but it looks like you have disabled multi events registration. I’m guessing this was so that registrations worked over the weekend, could you re-enable MER so we can investigate this please? |

September 21, 2015 at 10:34 am I re-enabled it. Yes I uninstalled it for my participants. |
Are you running any security or redirect plugins? For example are you using WordFence or WP Spamshield? If so can you check the logs for each of those and check it it shows any of the events pages being redirected? The View Cart submit has the query string stripped and is being redirected 3 times which isn’t expected. |
