Hi,
I use the event calendar shortcode in this form:
[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR event_category_id=17]

And … there are many of the events missing in the calendara, although they have this category. All events are available and aren’t expired.

I deactived Advanced custom fields, and the shortcode doesn’t show all events, only a few.

What can be the reason?

Thanks,
Daniela

Hi there,

With advanced custom fields disabled your site is throwing a fatal error so I can’t take a look, can you re-enable that plugin?

Also, do you have an example of an event that should be displayed but is not?

Thank you.

However, I can’t find the EE event calendar on your site.

the /termine/ page of the site linked to your license is not using the EE calendar so I’m not sure where I should be looking, can you link me to the Calendar page, please?

https://www.navisana.de/_ds_test-kalender/

There are 16 events assigened to this category – date between october and december.
But we can see only one.

Hi,

Are you sure that 17 is the correct ID? If I send a REST API request for events from category 17, only one upcoming event is returned:
https://www.navisana.de/wp-json/ee/v4.8.36/events?where%5BTerm_Taxonomy.term_id%5D=17&include=EVT_name,Datetime.DTT_EVT_start

May I ask what’s the name of the category for those events?

That’s using [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR event_category_id=17]?

event_category_id 17 is the ‘yoga’ term within the espresso_event_categories taxonomy.

That term (aka event category) has 2 events assigned to it, I can see that from using the REST API here:

https://www.navisana.de/wp-json/ee/v4.8.36/term_taxonomies/17/events

Event 2882 has no upcoming or active datetimes, so will not show on the calendar unless show_expired is set to true.

Event 2896 is the event currently showing on the calendar.

May I ask where are you setting the 16 events to be in this category? Can you add a screenshot showing that please?
