I purchased the calendar addon (Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+)). I also placed [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] shortcode on this page: https://titan100.com/events-calendar/
The calendar isn’t showing up. All I see is the dropdowns for Select a Venue and Select a Category.
Any idea why the calendar doesn’t show up and how I can fix it?

Hi there,
Are you using any kind of page builder within the theme?
If you temporarily switch to default theme and view the calendar page does it load then? You can do this using Theme Test Drive plugin to change the theme for admins but not visitors.

No, we aren’t using a page builder. I tested it with a default theme and still the same issue.
Any other thoughts on the issue?
The strange thing is it worked completely fine on our development site when we built it. That site is no longer live or I could show you.

I checked the source of the page and can see that the calendar’s JavaScript isn’t loading on that page. Can you try removing the calendar short code from the page, save, then add it back, then save the page again?

You’re welcome. As an aside, it may be a good idea to check with someone from your organization because we contacted back in September and asked to cancel your account’s support license, which happened. They claimed no one was aware of anyone purchasing a support license from Event Espresso for the company.
