None of the tickets were sold but my calendar thinks that they are all sold.

Hi Alexander,

Are the ticket selectors turned off for this event? I can’t determine if this event is active.

They were. I switched then on. It didn’t help. Tickets are still sold out in the calendar.

Could you provide a link to the calendar page? I tried using Chrome to translate but did not see a link in your sites navigation menu.

Hi Alexander,

I checked the page you linked to and I don’t see any events posted to the calendar. Is there a specific calendar date I should look at?

for some reason Calendar starts from August instead of currant month. You’ll have to scroll to November. There are some events assigned.

Hi Alexander,

Can you let me know what is set for the ticket quantity limits for each of the tickets for the event? This will help us investigate what’s causing this. The Quantity limit is outlined in this screenshot:

I set it to 30 for every date

Is there anything set for the tickets as well? Limits can be set for dates and per tickets.

Thank you. I haven’t tested it yet.
I changed to EE 4.5 and Event Espresso 4 Calendar (pre-release) v3.1.0.beta.001. It didn’t work on EE 4.4.5 and EE4 Events Calendar Add-on v3.2.0.p.

It looks like my Calendar (pre-release) version is lower than the production one. Is that ok?

This combination should work:

Event Espresso 4.5 prerelease + EE4 Calendar 3.2

I can confirm. This combination is working and I can register for the events. But for some reason EE4 Calendar 3.2 starts from august and not from the current month. With 4 Calendar (pre-release) v3.1.0.beta.001 it started from the current month.
PS. All these appear in a widget. I didn’t test calendar shortcodes yet

Hi, I was able to duplicate this on a testing site. I’ve asked a developer to take a look and I’ll update this post once I have more information. Its approaching the weekend so it may be Monday before I hear back.
