So the idea here is that we want to display the number of each ticket type sold, so that a staff member can look at the number of reserved spots for each, day, screen and type on a separate page after the event has stopped selling tickets for the day.
We don’t want to give out logins if possible, as it is always different staff members, and we don’t want to display the number of each type of spot sold to the public as it always varys.
You can set some options to display that information. You go to Event Espresso > Events, then under the heading “Ticket Selector Template Settings”, set Show Ticket Details? to Yes, and set Show Ticket Sale Info? to Yes. Then save.
Then, on the page that has the tickets for the event, you click show details for each ticket. The table that opens up there will have the number of tickets sold.
Any Way to do this so that one page of tickets shows that info and another one that doesn’t – We want to have a page for employees to be able to see all that. But we don’t want to share it with the general public if possible
There are other ways to do this if you can work with some PHP or a PHP developer. For example, here’s a code snippet that adds a shortcode that will output a list of tickets for a single event:
This worked amazing!! Thank you so much for your help!
