Hi,
I have the App Customization plugin installed and edited the settings. I cannot get the new logo or “powered by” to display. I have closed, deleted re-uploaded the app, nothing. I see in the documentation that the plugin requires EE 4.9.9 “This add-on requires Event Espresso 4.9.9 or newer.”, what?, I have EE 4.9.5 and that is the highest I can find. What am I missing?

You actually have Event Espresso 4.9.50, which is a higher version than 4.9.9 (because 50 is a larger value than 9).
May I ask, after you log into the app, do the events without featured images show your updated logo instead of the default logo?

Josh, sometimes I feel as dumb as a sack of hammers.
Always showing EE logo everywhere. We have featured image turned off for each event as we have customized presenter info.

I see. It’s looking like that particular add-on is in need of an update to be brought up to compatibility to current Event Espresso 4 core. I chatted with the developer and he’s been made aware of the situation. He mentioned it would be a simple fix. I’ll update this post when that’s ready.

Update: You can update your site to Version 4.9.53.p of Event Espresso core, then update the event app customization add-on to Version 1.0.2.p and that will fix the issue you reported here.
