I would like to print out tickets for our registrants for every event they have registered for – on one or two pages and hand them out with their credentials when they check in. I don’t want them to print their own tickets as I feel it would confuse them. Each registrant has a possibility of having tickets to 5 events. Is there a way to do this? I have the ticket and barcode plug-in installed, but I don’t want them to receive an email to print their tickets, I’d rather print them all myself, stuff them in an envelope with their name and hand out the envelopes. I would rather not print 5 sheets of paper (or however many tickets they have purchased). 1 – How can I print them myself without registrants ever receiving a link to do so and 2 – can they be printed according to registrant name instead of individually. I am running the Everything package and WordPress 5.9.3 – Thank you in advance.
Yes, you can disable the email sent to the registrants to print the ticket.
For that you just need to go to EE > Message > Settings > There you need to drag the “Ticket Notice” to the inactive message type: https://prnt.sc/RHHE1huwmfyz
Regarding the printing of details, can you please give me some more details so that I can get your point better?
Basically, there are two types of registrations:
1. In multi-event registration the user can add the selected events to the cart and then checkout from there at once.
2. In single event registration the user can checkout every event individually.
Which of the above registration methods you are using?
Please confirm that to get a clear idea about your requirement.
Thank you.
