Event Admin Email is blank

We’re trying to troubleshoot why our Primary Registration confirmation email is working fine but our Event Admin confirmation email comes through blank. We’ve poured through the forums, checked the emails against each other. We can’t find an explanation for this. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi, were any customizations made to the event admin context for the registration approved message type?

Are other message types working as expected?
