In order to even begin to check into this, we’ll need access to the database. Can you resend the redeem a support token form with temporary credentials to access the site’s control panel -or- have a way to send a database export?
The activation history shows that Event Espresso 4.9.12.p was activated on your site first on September 19, and then later again on September 29. I took a look at the Event Espresso 3 database for registrations for the event in question and there are many registrations after Sept.19. So this shows that EE3 was reactivated and used for registrations after the initial activation of EE4 on Sept. 19.
So if the data was migrated from EE3 on Sept 19, the EE3 registrations that happened on Sept 20 – 28 would not have been there to be migrated. Once the migration from EE3 to EE4 is run, it does not run again if EE3 is reactivated. You’d have to delete all of the EE4 data to re-migrate again.
I’ll follow up with an email that has an export of registrations from EE3 for. You can also get those and anything other data from the database copy that you have. EE3’s database tables have “_events_” in their name.
