Hi Chris, could you post the link to the page with the shortcode?

Also, you mentioned that you are on the latest software. Could you confirm that the WP User Integration for Event Espresso 4 is activated?

Sure I created a simple page with the shortcode it is:
http://www.zanderperioperativeeducation.com/my-registrations-page/

Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) version 2.0.5 is active.

Hi Chris,

When not logged into the site, the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode will just prompt to Log in – http://take.ms/9EKXd

Can you provide login details so we can see what this issue is please?

If so please send them using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Hey Tony, I have created a temporary login for you and sent it in via the form.

Thanks

Hi Chris,

We didn’t receive anything from the form for your site, did you fill out the form completely and hit submit?

Along with that, can you explain a bit more about what you see with the shortcode not working? For example, is it not displaying any registrations when you’re logged in? From our end, it appears to be working correctly because it has a link that says to log in to view the events.

Hey Josh, it looks like the form returned an error when I submitted it earlier. I have re-submitted the form.

As far as what I’m seeing: when logged in the page doesn’t seem to return anything, just a blank page with the title.

Thanks for your help. The ability for attendees to retrieve receipts and such are something we have been wishing for.

Hi Chris,

Are you loading custom templates for the my events section?

The my registrations page is returning error 500 Internal server error, which usually means a fatal error is being thrown – http://take.ms/kKKgk

Can you enable WP_DEBUG and retest please? See if any errors are shown.

If not double check your servers errors logs for anything related to my events.

Hey Tony, I don’t think we are loading any custom templates but we are working with a web developer (as I am a web idiot) so I’ll get him involved in this conversation.

Thanks

Also check if any errors are being thrown.

This will be either within the servers error logs or if you enable WP_DEBUG it may be visible on that page.

Hey, this is a different Chris, helping the main Chris on this problem. I think I just got it fixed–was a directory ownership issue.
