Hi Cesar, Can you explain further what happens please? Is the shortcode parsing or just showing [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] on the page? |

Hi Tony, https://www.dropbox.com/s/cicr3s7satxppgm/Events%20KO.jpg?dl=0 |
If you go to your WP Profile and scroll down, do you see your registrations there? Like this – http://take.ms/dCpNE Have you trashed any EE contacts recently? |
No, I can’t see any registration under my profile or other user profiles. This error came out once I reset all event espresso configuration/data last week. |
If you’ve reset the data none of the registration will exsit? Or do you mean if you place new registrations now using your same account they don’t show up in my events? |
Second case Tony. After the resetting, I create several events and registration. |

Hi there Cesar, Tony shared feedback that is he unable to reach the site. Could you reply to his message so we can check into this for you? — |
Hi Lorenzo, |
Hi Cesar, I can now log into the site and can see the issue. The problem is that when Event Espresso is reset, it does not remove the usermeta data that links your user account with the contact it was previously assigned to, you’ll need to remove this manually. Do you have access to phpMyAdmin or similar on your server? |
Hi Tony, Yes I have. Should I empty the table wp_usermeta? |
No, do not empty it. Search for EE_Attendee_ID within that table. You’ll find rows containing {db_prefix}EE_Attendee_ID – http://take.ms/nZWcA Remove those rows. Then whilst logged into your site with the EE4 Users Add-on active, register onto another event, be sure to use the details that are automatically filled into the personal info fields as this will then assign your user account with the contact using those details. ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS should then display all of the registrations made using those details. Be sure to create a backup of the database before making any changes, just to be safe. |

It worked Tony. |
You’re most welcome, Cesar. Have a great day 🙂 |
