I use this short-code on all my events, but it only shows 10 of the attendees, not all…

this event has 24 approved attendees as of now….

There is a default limit of 10 rows on that shortcode, you can add limit=100 to set that limit to 100 (or more if preferred) and it will then show all of your registrants.

Just to note, support is available Monday – Friday: 7AM – 7PM EST (12PM – 12AM UTC)
As you posted on Sunday, no one on the team will have been around to reply and then as we reply based on the last reply date/time, ‘bumping’ your thread effectively puts it to the back of the queue.
The ‘official’ turnaround for support threads is 24 hours, however, we are usually much quicker than this and generally reply within a couple of hours or less when online, but obviously not on the weekend as we are unavailable.
