On my website I have several programs which require registration through the home page. Up until recently this worked seamlessly using the ticket selector shortcode. Now nothing appears where the shortcode should be pulling information.
This looks like an issue with the “Content Template” feature on your website. It’s not only the ticket selector shortcode that’s not displaying, it’s everything added to the post editor that’s not displaying. If I switch the Content Template option to None, then update the post, the post content displays and the ticket selector shortcode parses.
It seems that all of the posts are set to use the “Template for Posts” Content Template, but when they’re set to use that template nothing is displayed. May I ask was something changed in that template’s settings? Right now it displays nothing where it should be displaying the content.
I added the following to the “Template for Posts” Content Template and the post content displays now:
[wpv-post-body view_template="None"]
It seems that if a post content template is set for posts, you’ll need to make sure the template includes the wpv-post-body shortcode so the post content gets displayed.
