I went into my events page this evening to edit the table that is set up and I received an error message. I opened the page in safe mode and continued with debugging the site. After deactivating all plugins and confirming that was the issue I began reactivating each plug in one by one to find the problem. After deactivating the main event espresso plug in the problem was back. I’m not sure what to do now.

Hi there,

Can you link me to the page that is throwing an error, please?

If you are getting the above it means a PHP fatal error is being thrown, we’ll need that error to know what is happening and it should be saved in the servers error logs (or possibly included in the email sent to you when it happens).

Usually, you will have access to the error logs through your host’s control panel, do you have a login for them? Who is your host?

(I don’t need the login, just checking if you can log in as I may be able to advise were to find them from there if I’m familiar with the hosts admin)

The page not allowing me to edit is happyfeetsuffolk.com/events/

My host is site builder and there are no error logs at this time. I just refreshed it and still none are showing

The page not allowing me to edit is happyfeetsuffolk.com/events/

That’s not actually a page, it’s an archive and you can’t edit that through the admin.

You may have a page called ‘events’, but that’s not the above output.

My host is site builder and there are no error logs at this time. I just refreshed it and still none are showing

Sorry, I’m not aware of a host call site builder.

The server logs usually capture any errors over a period of time (usually 7-30 days) so your site doesn’t need to load the errors right.

So as it stands, is everything working with no errors?
