Greetings – I am seeing an error on the EE Messages Settings page in the admin back-end. All I am doing is trying to “Submit” 2 enabled messages: Registration Approved and Registration Cancelled. When I click the Submit button I get this exact error: ************ I don’t see a way to get you the screenshot of this. If you need it let me know. Any ideas what’s going on here? Thanks, Mark |

Hi there, I’m not sure I follow which page you are on as the settings page doesn’t have a submit. You can add screenshots by hosting the image and posting a link, for example adding the image through the media section of your site and posting the link to it here. Or we have some other options listed here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots |

The issue here is that I can’t seem to get registration emails to go out to the recipients. So I thought I would just reset the Messages that are supposed to be sent out and try it again. This page does appear to have a submit. See my screenshot: https://postimg.cc/ftLZmJyL So the email to the admin (me) does go out, but not the one to each person that is registered. And I have email template setup for both. Any ideas? – Mark |

That submit button should not be visible, its hidden by default so should look something like this: https://monosnap.com/file/Sr3cEAC7AxA4WjH0rTTPXm0QbPvf4H Which version number of Event Espresso are you running, please?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity Can you see the emails that should be going to the registrant(s) listed there? IF so what colour status bar do they have? |

Thanks for your replies – I found the issue. For the Registration Approved email, I setup a custom template for the admin, and registrant. But we enabled multiple registrations for this website so i also needed a template for the “Primary Registrant” which was NOT setup. I added that, and now it’s working. Thanks for your help! |

Ah, great. I’m glad you found the problem. |
